Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Persedian Bahan Baku pada Dapur Makan Bergizi Gratis di Kecamatan Sungkai Selatan

Implementing the free nutritious meal program at the sub-district level requires reliable raw material inventory management to ensure smooth logistical distribution. However, on-the-ground inventory practices face serious challenges, such as significant discrepancies between administrative records and physical warehouse stock, as well as the absence of a digital system capable of automatically tracking raw material usage based on the menus served by the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG). Furthermore, the lack of early warning notifications creates risks of stockouts and delayed reordering. This study aims to design a web-based raw material inventory management information system featuring automatic calculation of material usage based on daily SPPG menus and low-stock notifications. Utilizing a structured system development method, the system is designed to eliminate manual recording errors and minimize inventory data discrepancies. The resulting system is expected to enhance the operational efficiency of communal kitchens, ensure stock accuracy and transparency, and serve as an effective digital solution to support the smooth execution of the national nutrition fulfillment program in the Sungkai Selatan sub-district.
